Karisma joined UT CTAS in February 2019 after serving as a UT CTAS administrative intern at the Tennessee County Services Association. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration Management from the University of Southern Mississippi, an M.P.A. from Arkansas State University, and a Doctorate of Education from the University of Southern Mississippi (2023). She earned the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) designation in 2021.
