Kaley joined UT CTAS in November 2017 as the Region 2 county government consultant for southern East Tennessee. She previously served as Rhea County finance director and has extensive experience in accounting, budgeting, and auditing. Before that, she worked as an accountant and financial analyst in the private sector. Kaley is a Certified Government Financial Manager and a graduate of Leadership Roane County and the Naifeh Center. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Michigan State University and an MBA in Finance from Walsh College.
