Rachel joined CTAS in August 2021. Prior to joining CTAS, Rachel worked in higher education throughout the middle Tennessee area for over 11 years, including 8 years as an Admissions Advisor for Volunteer State Community College, helping students from application to graduation. She also worked previously in customer service within the private sector. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising from the University of Tennessee as well as an Associate of Science degree in Communication from Volunteer State Community College. In August 2023, she earned a master of arts in leadership and public service from Lipscomb University. Rachel is a native Tennessean and loves to travel with her family.
