Wesley joined CTAS in 2011. Wesley received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Middle Tennessee State University and a master’s degree in business administration from Tennessee Technological University. Prior to joining CTAS he served as the executive director of Local Finance with the Tennessee Department of Education. Wesley is also a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM).
