Kim has been with CTAS since 2000 and has worked in environmental services since the early 1980s. She works with state and local officials on environmental issues related to GIS and land use planning, solid waste management, water quality, and environmental compliance. Kim holds three degrees from the University of Tennessee —bachelor’s degrees in biology and geography and a master’s degree in geography. She is a certified GIS Professional (GISP) and a FAA certified drone pilot, with advanced training in Solid Waste Management and Public Administration.
