Chandra joined UT CTAS in April 2023 after 16 years as an educator and administrator with Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools. She also worked in the nonprofit and private sectors, supporting leadership development and training. Chandra holds a B.A. in Social Sciences and an M.Ed. in K-12 Education from Tennessee State University, as well as an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership and an Ed.D. in Leadership and Professional Practices from Trevecca Nazarene University. She earned the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) designation in 2023. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities and time with family.
