Kelley joined UT CTAS in July 2018 after 23 years as an information systems auditor with the Tennessee Comptroller’s Division of Local Government Audit. She holds a B.B.A. and an M.B.A. in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University and has taught as an adjunct faculty member at Nashville State Community College and Tennessee Tech. A licensed CPA and Certified Government Financial Manager, she is a member of AICPA, the Tennessee Society of CPAs, AGA, and TGFOA. In 2021, she earned the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) designation.
