Tyler joined UT CTAS in April 2025 as a county government consultant. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and Leadership Studies and a master’s degree from Lincoln Memorial University.  While serving as the Interim Circuit Court Clerk of Anderson County, he earned the Certified Public Administrator designation from CTAS in 2014.  In 2022, he was elected to serve on the Anderson County Commission representing District One.  He currently serves as Chairman of the Board.
