Melisa joined UT CTAS in January 2017 as a finance and budget consultant and became a county government consultant for southern Middle Tennessee in February 2020. She previously worked at the Center for Industrial Services and has over 20 years of experience in both private and public financial sectors. Melisa holds degrees from Tennessee Technological University and Middle Tennessee State University.
