Kim joined UT CTAS in 2004 after working as a conference coordinator for the Tennessee Supreme Court. She holds a B.A. in Communications from Tennessee State University and an M.A. in Leadership and Public Service from Lipscomb University. She earned the CPTM designation in 2021.
