Liz joined UT CTAS in September 2012 after working as a research associate for the Tennessee Department of Transportation. She holds degrees in Urban Policy Studies and Sociology from Georgia State University and an M.S. in Information Science from the University of Tennessee. She earned the Certified Knowledge Manager designation in 2022. In 2024, Liz was nominated for a President's Award under the category, Excel in All We Do.
