Rachel joined UT CTAS in February 2019, previously serving as budget director for Haywood County and as a tax consultant for Deloitte. She holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (cum laude) and a Master of Taxation from the University of Mississippi. Rachel is a licensed CPA and a member of the AICPA and Tennessee Society of CPAs. In 2021, she earned the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) designation.
