Heather joined UT CTAS in February 2021 after serving as Coffee County Circuit Court Clerk from 1994 to 2021. She was president of the State Court Clerk’s Association and County Officials Association of Tennessee. Heather holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Tennessee Technological University and an M.B.A. from Middle Tennessee State University.
