Taylor joined UT CTAS in October 2024 as a property assessment consultant. She was previously a Senior Appraisal Analyst for the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury Division of Property Assessments. In 2023, she earned the designation of Cadastral Mapping Specialist (CMS) from the International Association of Assessing Officers and the designation of Tennessee Master Assessor (TMA) from the State Board of Equalization. She graduated from Welch College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Theology.
