Taylor joined UT CTAS in October 2024 as a property assessment consultant, previously serving as a Senior Appraisal Analyst for the Tennessee Comptroller of the Treasury. She holds Cadastral Mapping Specialist (CMS) and Tennessee Master Assessor (TMA) designations. Taylor earned a B.S. in Business Administration and Theology from Welch College in 2014.
