Nikki joined UT CTAS in October 2019 after serving as a senior instructional developer at the University of Texas Health Science Center. She holds an M.S. in Instructional Design & Technology from Emporia State University, an M.Ed. in Workforce Development from the University of Arkansas, and a B.A. in Human Development from Christian Brothers University. She earned the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) designation in 2021.
