Private Acts of 1955 Chapter 400

SECTION 1. That it shall be unlawful in Lincoln County for any person to catch or possess
minnows for the purpose of sale, provided same were caught in any stream in Lincoln County.
SECTION 2. That it shall be unlawful in Lincoln County for any person to possess more than
two hundred fifty (250) minnows, provided same were caught in any stream in Lincoln County.
SECTION 3. That violation of this Act shall be a misdemeanor, punishable by a fine not to
exceed Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00).
SECTION 4. That this Act shall take effect from and after its passage, the public welfare
requiring it.
