COMPILER'S NOTE: This Act amends Private Acts of 1941, Chapter 148, but the Act does not designate a Section number for Section 2. However, Section 1 of Private Acts of 1951 amended Private Acts of 1941, Chapter 148 and was given a Section number. Therefore, it has been omitted.
SECTION 2. That said County Judge is hereby empowerd and authorized to issue fiats for writs of injuction and attachment and for all other extraordinary process as other Judges of the Courts of Tennessee are now authorized to issue.
SECTION 3. That all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act be and the same are hereby repealed, and this Act shall take effect from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
