That Rhea County is hereby authorized and empowered, by and through the Quarterly County Court, to levy in addition to taxes for other County purposes now authorized by law, a special tax for the following purposes, not to exceed the amount set out opposite each item, upon the $100.00 worth of taxable property in Rhea County:

| Service Officer | .03 |
| Election Expense | .05 |
| Jail Expense & Boarding Prisoners | .35 |
| Salaries of Officers | .20 |
SECTION 2. That this Act shall take effect from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
