PDF versionSECTION 1. That Chapter 575 of the Private Acts of the 59th General Assembly, entitled An Act to Create the 8th Civil District in Hawkins County, Tennessee, etc., be and the same is hereby amended so as to detach from the first civil district adjoining and attach to the said 8th civil district that lands of E.J. Moore upon which he now resides, thereby throwing all the present lands of said Moore into the said 8th civil district.
SEC. 2. That this Act take effect from and after its passage, the public welfare requiring it.
