Acts of 1870-71 Chapter 91

SECTION 1. That the county line between the counties of Campbell and Scott be
changed as follows: Beginning where the line between Campbell and Scott counties strikes the
Kentucky line; thence west with said Kentucky line to the extreme top of Fork Ridge; thence
southward along the top of said ridge to the Campbell County line, so as to include all the waters
of the Capuchin Fork of Tellico Creek in Campbell County.
SECTION 2. That this Act shall take effect from and after its passage, the public welfare
requiring the same.
