The IPS Leadership Academy, a highly regarded program offered by the University of Tennessee, is designed to develop leaders who are equipped to tackle the challenges of today’s complex and ever-changing public sector environment. The program provides participants with advanced leadership skills, strategic thinking capabilities, and a deeper understanding of organizational dynamics.

Heather and Laylah attended the graduation ceremony held in Knoxville on August 31st, celebrating their achievements alongside fellow graduates. Unfortunately, Kelley was unable to attend the ceremony. However, her dedication and hard work throughout the program have not gone unnoticed, and we celebrate her accomplishments with equal enthusiasm.

Heather, Laylah, and Kelley have demonstrated exemplary dedication to their roles and to the mission of CTAS. Their participation in the IPS Leadership Academy reflects their ongoing commitment to enhancing their leadership abilities and better serving the counties of Tennessee.

Please join us in congratulating Heather, Laylah, and Kelley on this significant milestone in their professional careers. We look forward to the positive impact their enhanced leadership skills will bring to our organization and the communities we serve.
