NCEL Professional Excellence Series
The NCEL Professional Excellence Series provides quarterly leadership development courses in Knoxville, Nashville, and Jackson. One day of training includes two courses (9:00a.m. to 12:00p.m., and 1:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.). Courses are provided from a library of 30 classes in a variety of Lominger Leadership Competencies in three NCEL domains: self, relational, and organizational. The library includes courses for individual contributors, frontline supervisors, middle managers, and executives.
