PDF versionSECTION 1. That the county line between the counties of Carter and Unicoi be so changed as to run as follows: Beginning at the State line between North Carolina and Tennessee on the top of Rickers Ridge; thence with the top of the Dividing Ridge to the top of Stone Mountain; thence a direct line to the top of the Honey Comb Mountain.
SECTION 2. That all laws and parts of laws in conflict with this Act be, and the same are hereby repealed, and that this Act take effect from and after its passage the public welfare requiring it.
