Access to Inmates by Alcohol and Drug Treatment Organizations

T.C.A. § 55-10-410(b) provides for:

The sheriff of each county shall develop a written policy that permits alcohol and drug treatment organizations to have reasonable access to persons confined in the county jail or workhouse who have been convicted of or charged with a violation of this part.
