COCTP Participants: Requesting Information
If you are enrolled in COCTP, you may now use the blue Help button on our website to request the following types of information. Please fill in the name, email, county, and county office fields then use certain words in the "How can we help you?" text field to let us know which information you need:

Recertification Invoice: include "Invoice"

Credit verification: include "Verify"

Transcripts: include "Transcript"
External training may also be submitted using the Help button, just attach the documents for credit. You may attach up to five (5) files.
