Naifeh Center's Professional Excellence Series Continues in June

Get ready for more amazing training opportunities from our friends at the Naifeh Center for Effective Leadership (NCEL). The NCEL Professional Excellence Series provides personalized and affordable progression of leadership goals through quarterly leadership development courses.

Courses are provided from a library of thirty classes in a variety of Lominger Leadership competencies in three NCEL domains: self, relational, and organizational. The library includes courses for individual contributors, frontline supervisors, middle managers, and executives.

Courses will vary each quarter in each location. Each class costs $150. Two classes (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) costs $300. Lunch is provided for those taking a full day of class. Registration closes 5 days before training.

Classes offered in June include:

Jackson
June 20	9:00am-12:00pm	The Art of Great Communication	Participants will learn the importance of having impactful and influential conversations whether riding the elevator with the President or being a change leader in the organization.
June 20	1:00pm-4:00pm	Soft Skills Matter	Soft skills are vital, hard to define, but ultimately are the difference between average and extraordinary.
Nashville
June 20	9:00am-12:00pm	Overcoming Burnout	Many of us find ourselves tired of "the system." This course will help participants re-energize and refocus.
June 20	1:00pm-4:00pm	How to Be a Team Player	This course focuses on how to value and include others from where you stand.
June 21	9:00am-12:00pm	The Road to Being a Great Leader	Positive steps toward effective leadership will be presented to professionals at each level for the purpose of inspiring great teams.
June 21	1:00pm-4:00pm	Assertiveness is Not Aggressive	Participants will learn how to best deliver fact-based messages, both private and public while earning both respect and buy‐in.
Knoxville
